This explains what cookies algorama.dev uses, why, and how to control them — expanding on the "Cookies and Tracking Technologies" section of our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information about your visit. First-party cookies are set by algorama.dev directly; third-party cookies are set by services we use, like an analytics or scheduling provider. Cookies can be session cookies, cleared when you close your browser, or persistent, which remain until they expire or you delete them.Types of cookies we use
We group the cookies on this Site into four categories:
Essential — always on. Required for the Site to function, such as remembering your cookie preference itself or securing form submissions. These can't be switched off.
Functionality — optional. Remember choices you've made, like a previously selected page state, so return visits go more smoothly.
Analytics — optional. Help us understand which pages and case studies get read, so we know what's working. Data is aggregated and not used to identify you individually.
Advertising — optional. Used only if we run measurement for paid campaigns pointing at the Site. Not currently in use for retargeting.
How we use cookies
Beyond keeping the Site running, we use analytics cookies to see aggregate traffic patterns — which service pages and case studies get read, how visitors move from the homepage to a scoping-call request — so we can keep the Site useful rather than guessing.Managing your cookie preferences
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the consent banner shown on your first visit. You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect how parts of the Site work. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse the Site or contact us.Other tracking technologies
We may occasionally use similar technologies alongside cookies, such as pixels embedded in emails to confirm delivery. These are covered by the same categories and controls described above.Changes to this policy
If the cookies we use change materially, we'll update this page and the effective date above.Contact us

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of algorama.dev. They are not the agreement that governs an active engagement with Algorama — that's a separately signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work.
Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or using algorama.dev (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one in effect.About Algorama
Algorama designs and builds AI infrastructure inside client environments — for teams in healthcare, life sciences, government, energy, and other regulated industries. The Site exists to explain what we do, show our work, and let prospective clients get in touch. It is not a product you sign up for or log into.Use of this Site
You may browse the Site and use its contact and scheduling forms for their intended purpose: reaching out about a potential engagement. You agree not to:
Scrape, mine, or systematically extract content from the Site without our written permission;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or the systems behind it;
Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; or
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
4. Client engagements are governed separately
This is the clause that matters most for us. Nothing on this Site — including case studies, service descriptions, or pricing language — is an offer or a contract. If you engage Algorama for a project, the scope, deliverables, fees, data handling, IP ownership, and liability terms for that work live in a signed Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work between your organization and Algorama. Where the two conflict, that signed agreement controls.
Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, graphics, and code are owned by Algorama or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Client names, logos, and case study details appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us through the Site's contact channels to discuss a potential engagement will be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Formal confidentiality obligations for active engagements are set out in the signed agreement covering that work.Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices — review their terms before you engage with them.Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we don't warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on it, including case study outcomes, which describe specific client engagements and are not a guarantee of results for any other organization.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algorama will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a signed engagement agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Algorama harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in [JURISDICTION/VENUE].Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms as the Site or our business changes. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.Contact us
