Privacy Policy

Effective: 22 August 2026

Effective: 22 August 2026

This policy covers personal data collected through algorama.dev itself — the marketing site, not client production systems. Data Algorama processes on a client's behalf during an engagement is governed by that engagement's Data Processing Agreement, not this page.

  1. Information we collect
    Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or scoping-call form, we collect what you provide — typically name, work email, company, and a description of your project.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically log technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy for the full breakdown.

Information from third parties. We may supplement the above with publicly available business information (for example, from LinkedIn or your company's own website) to understand the context of an inbound inquiry before a first call.

  1. How we use your information

Respond to inquiries and schedule calls;
Understand which pages and case studies are useful to prospective clients, so we can improve the Site;
Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site; and
Meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not use information collected through the Site to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

  1. How we share information
    We share information only with:

Service providers who help us run the Site — hosting, form handling, analytics, and scheduling tools — under obligations to protect your data and use it only for the service they provide;
Advisors such as our accountant or legal counsel, where necessary; and
Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

  1. Cookies and tracking technologies
    We use a small set of cookies for site functionality and analytics. Full detail — including how to opt out — is in our Cookie Policy.

  2. Data security
    We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold, consistent with the standards described on our Site (including SOC 2-aligned practices and encryption in transit and at rest). No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute protection.

  3. Data retention
    We keep inquiry and contact-form data for as long as it's useful to the relationship — typically for the duration of active discussions plus a limited period afterward — and delete or anonymize it once it's no longer needed, unless we're required to retain it longer for legal reasons.

  4. Your privacy rights
    Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at david.golub@amdel.ai We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

  5. California privacy rights
    California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we've collected, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Algorama does not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact david.golub@amdel.ai

  6. International data transfers
    If you contact us from outside [PRIMARY OPERATING COUNTRY], your information may be transferred to and processed there. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers.

  7. Children's privacy
    The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

  8. Changes to this policy
    We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will update the effective date above.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of algorama.dev. They are not the agreement that governs an active engagement with Algorama — that's a separately signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work.

  1. Acceptance of these terms
    By visiting or using algorama.dev (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one in effect.

  2. About Algorama
    Algorama designs and builds AI infrastructure inside client environments — for teams in healthcare, life sciences, government, energy, and other regulated industries. The Site exists to explain what we do, show our work, and let prospective clients get in touch. It is not a product you sign up for or log into.

  3. Use of this Site
    You may browse the Site and use its contact and scheduling forms for their intended purpose: reaching out about a potential engagement. You agree not to:

Scrape, mine, or systematically extract content from the Site without our written permission;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or the systems behind it;
Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; or
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

4. Client engagements are governed separately
This is the clause that matters most for us. Nothing on this Site — including case studies, service descriptions, or pricing language — is an offer or a contract. If you engage Algorama for a project, the scope, deliverables, fees, data handling, IP ownership, and liability terms for that work live in a signed Master Services Agreement and/or Statement of Work between your organization and Algorama. Where the two conflict, that signed agreement controls.

  1. Intellectual property
    The Site's design, text, graphics, and code are owned by Algorama or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Client names, logos, and case study details appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. Confidentiality
    Anything you share with us through the Site's contact channels to discuss a potential engagement will be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Formal confidentiality obligations for active engagements are set out in the signed agreement covering that work.

  2. Third-party links
    The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices — review their terms before you engage with them.

  3. Disclaimers
    The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we don't warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on it, including case study outcomes, which describe specific client engagements and are not a guarantee of results for any other organization.

  4. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algorama will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a signed engagement agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

  5. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold Algorama harmless from any claim arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

  6. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE/COUNTRY], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in [JURISDICTION/VENUE].

  7. Changes to these terms
    We may revise these Terms as the Site or our business changes. Material changes will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
